Yes, absolutely. All individual employee data is completely anonymous. Managers and HR only see aggregated, anonymized data for their teams. We never share individual usage patterns, journal entries, or personal goals with employers.
You can be up and running within 7 business days. After you submit the onboarding form, we create your admin account and send login credentials. Your employees can start using the app as soon as you invite them.
No formal training is required. The app has built-in onboarding for employees, and the admin dashboard is intuitive. That said, we provide setup guides, best practices, and support to help you get the most out of Remente. Enterprise customers can request on-site training workshops.
Leader is designed for leadership and early intervention (up to 50 employees) and includes Health Check surveys, leadership dashboards, and team analytics. Team is our most popular package with unlimited employees, all Leader features, plus the complete wellness app for employees. Most organizations choose Team for the complete solution.

Health Check surveys are short wellbeing assessments sent to employees at regular intervals (you choose the frequency). Employees complete them anonymously in the app. Results are aggregated and shown in your analytics dashboard, giving you insights into stress levels, engagement, and wellbeing trends.
